The next player in turn has preference, unless the other player is declaring Mahjong.

At Jade Tile Co., our Mahjong cards are printed products, so all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong item after it has shipped.

If there's a problem with your order, we'll make it right! We triple check all orders but in the off chance you receive the wrong quantity or your cards arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We'll review your request and send a replacement if needed.
